There are many reasons Silverado is a well-known name in the truck community here and abroad. Reliability, innovation, and capability come to mind as just a few reasons. The 2019 model lines continues the tradition with better power, improved gas mileage, increased capacities, and more. Eight trims make up the lineup for 2019, including the Work Truck, Custom, Custom Trail Boss, LT, RST, LT Trail Boss, LTE, and High Country.

The 2019 Chevy Silverado’s Exterior is Ready for the Worksite, Trail, and More

No matter where you go, the Silverado’s exterior will handle what you throw at it. The available Z71 Off-road Equipment Package boosts the underpinnings of most models, it is standard on Trail Boss models which also includes a factory-installed 2-inch lifted suspension and Rancho monotube shocks and Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac all-terrain tires, and makes a great exterior even better.

This package includes a suit of mechanical bits like the electronic hill descent control, two-speed transfer case, automatic locking rear differential, skid plates for engine oil pan and transfer-case protection, heavy-duty air filter, 18” wheels with all-terrain tires, and dual exhaust outlets for V8 equipped models.

There are so Many Engine Options for the 2019 Chevy Silverado

The Silverado returns in 2019 with several engine improvements. The LT upgrades to a 2.7L turbocharged four-cylinder engine that provides 310 horsepower and 348 lb-ft of torque. The premium High Country moves up to a 5.3L V8 that increases horsepower to 355 and maintains a fuel consumption rating of 14.1/10.2 L/100 km (city/highway).

Other available engines include a 4.3L V6 with 305 lb-ft of torque. This includes 3,629 kilograms of towing capacity, representing an increase of 181 kilograms from last year’s model. A 6.2L V8, equipped with the Max Towing Package, handles a maximum of 5,534 kilograms of towing, up a substantial 227 kilograms from 2018.

The Silverado is impressive on the outside and under the hood. However, you’ll find plenty of innovations embedded with the comfortable interior. The available Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, Front and Rear Park Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Forward Collision Alert and Following Distance Indicator, Low Speed Forward Automatic Braking, Front Pedestrian Braking, and more offer the automation you need to keep you and your passengers safe.

We are proud to offer the 2019 Chevy Silverado and all its variants. Visit us soon to learn more about and test drive any of our well-equipped models.
